I have installed the meters on some of our milling machines in the shop to see the variation between phases as the machining is in progress. During a dry thunderstorm, I saw a few spikes due to some power fluctuations on our grid during the storm. I can also tell when the tools are getting dull by the power they draw from the beginning of one machining cycle to the beginning of the next part or, the difference between the required current on each tool.
This is a great product and working better than I expected. I can even peek in on operations after hours to make sure things are going well.
